Baker Street, Glasgow

Baker StreetBaker Street is a cul-de-sac running parallel to Kilmarnock Road, which is easily accessed through a lane from the development. Completed in 1989, Baker Street consists of 16 flats, eight of which are specially designed for wheelchair users. All properties are double glazed and have electric heating. There is private parking for tenants and visitors.

The Association maintains the communal garden areas.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Baker Street is managed from the Association's Glasgow Housing Services Office. The Maintenance Department is based in our Edinburgh Office.
