Castlegate House, Dingwall

Castlegate HouseCastlegate House, originally a church, was formally the home of the Ross-shire Journal. Converted to modern housing in 1993, the development consists of 11 flats, three of which are designed for wheelchair users. All properties are double glazed and have electric heating. The flats have a communal door entry system and the three flats for wheelchair users have powered doors. The Association maintains the landscaped grounds.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Castlegate House is managed from the Association's Edinburgh Housing Services Office where the Maintenance Department is also based.
