Charlotte Hill Court, Larbert

Charlotte Hill Court is a courtyard-style development off Broomage Drive, Larbert. Completed in 1997, the development consists of 20 flats, all of which have double glazing and gas central heating. All the flats are fitted with door entry systems.

The Association maintains the communal garden areas. There is an arrangement with the local council whereby tenants who consider that they are at risk may have their homes linked into a community alarm system.
