This development is located mainly in Clyde Street but also takes in properties in three adjoining streets: Swan Street, Tay Street and Ward Street. Completed in 1992, the development consists of 20 houses and flats, 6 of which have been designed for wheelchair users. All properties are double glazed and have electric heating. The flats are fitted with door entry systems. Tenants who feel that they may be vulnerable can have their homes linked into the local authority Community Alarm system. There are landscaped garden areas which are maintained by the Association.
There are many amenities and services available in this area. For more information on topics such as public transport, schools and leisure please visit the Fife Council website and/or the UpMyStreet website.
The whole scheme is managed from the Association's Edinburgh Housing Services Office, where the Maintenance Department is also based.
