Crossroads Place

Crossroads Place is situated in the heart of Rosyth, just to the north of the Forth Bridge and close to the M90.

Completed in 1994, the development consists of a house and eight flats, of which five properties have been designed for wheelchair users. All properties are double glazed and have electric heating. The flats are fitted with door entry systems. Garden ground at Crossroads Place is maintained by the Association. The road into the development has been adopted by Fife Council.

The Association has an arrangement with the local authority whereby a tenant who feels vulnerable may have their home linked to the community alarm system.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Crossroads Place is managed from the Association's Edinburgh Housing Services Office, where the Maintenance Department is also based.
