Glencruitten Court, Oban

Glencruitten Court is an attractive courtyard development situated off Glencruitten Road, close to the centre of Oban. Completed in 1993, the development consists of 14 houses and flats, of which six have been specially designed for wheelchair users. All properties are double glazed and have electric heating. The flats are fitted with door entry systems.

There is a communal garden area, which is maintained by the Association.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Glencruitten Court is managed from the Association's Glasgow Housing Services Office. There is a local maintenance agreement with Argyll & Bute Council.
