Holton Square, Sauchie

Completed in 1989, Holton Square is a small development of sixteen bungalows in a spacious setting near to the main street in Sauchie.

All the bungalows are double glazed and have electric heating. Upstairs flats are fitted with door entry systems. There is an arrangement with the local council whereby tenants who consider that they are at risk may have their homes linked into this emergency care system.

The communal garden areas are maintained by the Association.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Holton Square is managed from the Association's Glasgow Housing Services Office. The Maintenance Department is based in our Edinburgh Office.
