Kirriemuir Place, Glasgow

Kirriemuir PlaceCompleted in 1994, Kirriemuir Place consists of five wheelchair flats, all of which have separate wheelchair storage and charging rooms with room for chair transfer, and four first-floor flats for non-disabled people. All properties are double glazed and have gas central heating. The upstairs flats have a shared entrance with a door entry system.

The Association maintains the communal garden areas. Some of the flats have their own gardens.

Local Services

Local taxi firms have vehicles adapted to accommodate wheelchair users. The area is well served by public transport and is close to the M8 Motorway for easy access to Glasgow city centre, Edinburgh and Stirling. There are many amenities and services available in this area. Scheme Management and Maintenance

Kirriemuir Place is managed from the Association's Glasgow Housing Services Office. The Maintenance Department is based in our Edinburgh Office.
