Muirmont Court, Bridge of Earn

Muirmont Court is situated just off the Kintillo Road at the south end of Bridge of Earn. It is a quiet courtyard-type development next to a Servite Housing Association sheltered complex.

Completed in 1998, the development consists of 14 houses and flats. All properties are double-glazed and have gas central heating.

The Association maintains communal landscaped areas.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Muirmont Court is managed from the Association's Edinburgh Housing Services Office where the Maintenance Department is also based.
