Completed in 1984, the development consists of 17 self-contained properties, all of which are double glazed and have electric heating. The Association maintains communal garden areas.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

The Nether Dechmont Cottages development is managed from the Association's Edinburgh Housing Services Office where the Maintenance Department is also based.
