New Lairdship Place is located off Broomhouse Road and looks out over extensive playing fields. Completed in 1995, the development consists of 18 houses and flats. All properties are double glazed and have gas heating. The flats have door entry systems. There is an arrangement with the local council whereby tenants who consider that they are at risk may have their homes linked into a community alarm system.
The Association maintains the communal garden grounds.
The area is served well by public transport with Lothian Buses providing services from the nearby Broomhouse Road.
There are many amenities and services available in this area. For more information on topics such as public transport, schools and leisure please visit the City of Edinburgh Council website and/or the UpMyStreet website.
New Lairdship Place is managed from the Association's Edinburgh Housing Services Office, where the Maintenance Department is also based.
We participate in City of Edinburgh Council's common housing register, EdIndex. If you would like to apply for a house at New Lairdship Place, you should complete an EdIndex application form.
