Old Bridge Court, Forres

Old Bridge Court is a quiet cul-de-sac just off Nairn Road. Completed in 1995, the development consists of 28 houses and flats. All properties are double glazed and have electric heating. The flats are fitted with door entry systems.

There is communal landscaping which is maintained by the Association.

Old Bridge Court is managed from the Association's Aberdeen and Edinburgh Offices. The Association's Maintenance Department is based in our Edinburgh Office.
