Overton Court, Kirkcaldy

Overton Court is located in a small cul-de-sac. Completed in 1996, the development consists of eight houses and four flats. All properties are double glazed and have gas heating. The flats are fitted with door entry systems.

The communal garden area is maintained by the Association. There is an arrangement with the local council whereby tenants who consider that they are at risk may have their homes linked into a community alarm system.

Shared Ownership houses for wheelchair users

• 1 two-bedroom house, suitable for up to four people (regrettably, Shared Ownership properties rarely come onto the market)

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Overton Court is managed from the Association's Edinburgh Housing Services Office where the Maintenance Department is also based.
