Pattison Street, Clydebank

Pattison Street

Completed in 1990, the development consists of 15 properties, five of which have been specially designed for wheelchair users. All properties are double glazed and have electric central heating. The flats are fitted with door entry systems.

The garden area is maintained by the Association.

  • 3 one-bedroom flats, each suitable for a single person or couple
  • 1 three-bedroom flat, suitable for up to six people
  • 1 five-bedroom house, suitable for up to eight people

Designed for people with general housing needs

  • 4 one-bedroom flats, each suitable for a single person or couple
  • 6 two-bedroom flats, each suitable for up to three people

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Pattison Street is managed from the Association's Glasgow Housing Services Office. The Maintenance Department is based in our Edinburgh Office.
