Raeden Court

Situated on the west side of Aberdeen and roughly two miles from the city centre, Raeden Court is a modern housing complex that includes homes developed for wheelchair users and people who have limited mobility, as well as flats for non-disabled people, all within an integrated community setting.

Care and Support Services  

Raeden Court has been registered with the Care Commission since August 2004 to provide a combined Supported Accommodation and Housing Support Service.

Housing with Support

  • 12 one-bedroom wheelchair flats, suitable for a single person or couple
  • 14 one-person studio flats designed for wheelchair users
  • 1  two-bedroom wheelchair flats, suitable for up to 3 people

Mainstream Housing

Designed for people with general housing needs

  • 2 four-bedroom properties, suitable for up to six people
  • 6 three-bedroom properties, suitable for up to 4 people
  • 6 four-bedroom properties, suitable for up to 5 people

Designed for wheelchair users

  • 4 three-bedroom flats, suitable for up to 5 people
  • 2 three-bedroom flats, suitable for up to 6 people
  • 2 two-bedroom flats, suitable for up to 4 people

Public Transport 

Local taxi firms have vehicles adapted to accommodate wheelchair users and there are good local bus services with bus stops close by. There are many amenities and services available in this area. Scheme Management and Maintenance

Raeden is managed from the Association's Aberdeen and Edinburgh Offices. The Maintenance Department is based in our Edinburgh Office. A handyman is available on weekdays to carry out day-to-day maintenance and offer advice to both residents and tenants. At other times defects can be reported to the Duty Manager, who will arrange emergency repairs if required.
