Society Lane, West Calder

Society Lane

Society Lane was completed in 1994 and consists of eleven flats, three of which have been designed for wheelchair users. All properties are double glazed and have electric heating. The flats are fitted with door entry systems. There is an arrangement with the local council whereby tenants who consider that they are at risk may have their homes linked into a community alarm system.

The Association maintains the communal garden grounds.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Society Lane is managed from the Association's Edinburgh Housing Services Office where the Maintenance Department is also based.
