Sumburgh Street is located on Edinburgh Road, between Cranhill and North Carntyne. Completed in 1992, the development consists of 24 flats. All properties are double glazed and have electric white meter storage heating. There is ample parking for tenants and visitors. Properties designed for wheelchair users have carports and charging facilities for electric wheelchairs.
The Association maintains the communal garden areas.
The area is well served by public transport and is close to the M8 Motorway for easy access to Glasgow city centre, Edinburgh and Stirling.
