Vaucluse Place, Penicuik

Vaucluse Place

Vaucluse Place is located off Jackson Street near to the centre of Penicuik.

Completed in 1992, Vaucluse Place consists of two houses and 20 flats. All properties are double glazed and have electric heating. The flats are fitted with door entry systems. There is an arrangement with the local council whereby tenants who consider that they are at risk may have their homes linked into this emergency care system. The communal landscaped areas are maintained by the Association.

Scheme Management and Maintenance

Vaucluse Place is managed from the Association's Edinburgh Housing Services Office, where the Maintenance Department is also based.
