Tenants' Panels and Working Groups

At the start of every Blackwood Homes tenancy we give our new tenants a short Tenant Participation Questionnaire to complete. This asks what topics you are interested in, if you would like to be included on a tenants' panel, and whether you would like to be sent questionnaires on our services in areas that are of interest to you.
    

How tenants have helped to improve our policies and services

Tenant Conference In the last three years tenants from the tenants' panels have helped us to develop:

  • a new allocations policy
  • a new complaints policy
  • the plans and programmes for the 2009 Tenants' Conference
  • a review of our Rent and Service Charge Policy
  • our Tenant Satisfaction Survey
