Meet the Maintenance Team

The Maintenance Team are responsible for the delivery of reactive and cyclical maintenance services to maintain good quality living environments and maintain property assets. Meet our team:  

Billy Black - Asset Manager (Reactive)

Billy manages the Maintenance Team to ensure we deliver a high standard of service for day-to-day and cyclical maintenance works.  

Douglas is the Technical Officer for the East of Scotland. He looks after day-to-day and cyclical works and carries out on-site visits if you have reported a repair.

Alex is the Technical Officer for the West of Scotland. He looks after day-to-day and cyclical works and carries out on-site visits if you have reported a repair.

Marie Livingstone - Senior Property Assistant

Marie is the first line of contact for tenants and others enquiring about repairs and maintenance. Along with Karyn and Tina, Marie also provides administrative support to the maintenance services team.

Karyn Hynd - Property Assistant

Karyn is the first line of contact for tenants and others enquiring about repairs and maintenance. Along with Marie and Tina, Karyn also provides administrative support to the maintenance services team.

Tina Lorimer - Property Assistant

Tina is the first line of contact for tenants and others enquiring about repairs and maintenance. Along with Marie and Karyn, Tina also provides administrative support to the maintenance services team.
