What is an allpay card?

All new tenants will be provided with an allpay card which will have your unique reference number on it. Your card should be with you approximately 1 week after you sign your Tenancy Agreement. If you do not receive it please let us know.

Paying by cash or cheque

You can pay with cash at either a Pay Point outlet or any Post Office.

Make your payment together with your allpay card. You will be given a receipt that you should keep as proof of your payment. If you lose your receipt, please allow 5 working days after which you can call us to confirm the payment has been received.

You will receive regular rent statements, however, if you need one in the meantime, please contact us.

If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please make the cheque payable to ‘MBHA', write your name and address on the back of the cheque and post it to us.

Paying by debit card

If you want to pay by debit card, you can either pay online through the allpay website or by telephoning 0844 557 8321. You will need your allpay reference number.

Paying by Direct Debit or Standing Order

Paying by Direct Debit is one of the most convenient and safest ways to make payments. To pay by Direct Debit, you will need to complete a Direct Debit mandate which we can provide you with. Please call us on 08457 125865.

Once the form is processed you will be notified in advance before any money is collected from your account. You have the right to cancel your Direct Debit at any time.

You can also pay by Standing Order by requesting a form from us. When you have completed this, send it direct to your bank or building society.

Getting Housing Benefit paid directly to us

We would encourage all tenants to apply for Housing Benefit and can assist you to make a claim. Please contact us for further information if you would like to make a claim for Housing Benefit.

What if I lose my allpay card?

The card has no value to anyone if lost but you must report it to us as soon as possible. We will order a new card for you which should arrive in approximately 5 working days.
