Eskdale Mews, Musselburgh
Completed in 1989, Eskdale Mews consists of 24 houses and flats, 11 of which are designed for wheelchair users. Located just off New Street, the development has a wide range of shops, including a supermarket, a Post Office, banks and building societies, pubs and restaurants, all with 400 yards. Dental surgeries and medical centres are also close by. All properties are double glazed and have electric heating. The flats are fitted with door entry systems. The Association maintains the garden area. | |  |

Scheme Management and MaintenanceEskdale Mews is managed from the Association's Edinburgh Housing Services Office, where the Maintenance Department is also based. Applying for a HouseIf you would like to apply for a house, please make your application direct to our Housing Services Department in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices. Additionally, please apply to the Housing Department of your local council, with whom we have a nomination agreement. Our turnover of tenancies is low so, regrettably, waiting lists do apply. Rent and Service ChargesRents and service charges are normally reviewed on an annual basis. Service charges cover various services such as landscaping and the replacement of equipment.
