Glassgreen Brae, Elgin

Glassgreen Brae is situated in New Elgin, just south of Elgin town centre. Shops, banks, post office and primary school are all within a mile of the development.

The Association has 16 houses at Glassgreen Brae, completed in August 2005. All properties have gas central heating, private parking and private gardens. The cul-de-sac forms part of a larger housing development, which includes a popular children's play area.

Please note vacancies do not arise often at this development and new applicants will be held on the Association's housing waiting list.
