Lyon Crescent, Bridge of Allan
| Lyon Crescent is a courtyard-type development built close to all the amenities in Bridge of Allan. Completed in 1995, the development consists of six properties suitable for wheelchair users, seven properties for people with limited mobility and eight upstairs flats for non-disabled people. All properties are double-glazed and have electric, white meter central heating. Upstairs flats are fitted with door entry systems. Both the garden area and the road into the development are maintained by the Association. There is an arrangement with the local council whereby tenants who consider that they are at risk may have their homes linked into a community alarm system. |  |
