Marmion Crescent is located off Gilmerton Road, close to The Inch park. The development is adjacent to a health centre and a dental practice is about 500 yards away. There are local shops and a Post Office and bank. An excellent range of shops can be found in the Cameron Toll centre just half a mile away. The library is just over a mile away. There is a choice of pubs and restaurants within a one and a half mile radius. Completed in 1990, Marmion Crescent consists of a house and 21 flats. Please note that our turnover of tenancies is low so, regrettably, waiting lists do apply. Rent and Service ChargesRents and service charges are normally reviewed on an annual basis.
