Within 500 yards of the development is the dental surgery, Post Office, banks and building societies, a good range of shops including a supermarket, and a choice of pubs and restaurants. Completed in 1988, the development consists of nine flats designed for wheelchair users and ten upstairs flats. There is also a communal lounge and laundry. All properties are double-glazed and have gas central heating. Upstairs flats are fitted with door entry systems. The garden area is maintained by the Association.
