Applying for a House

We participate in City of Edinburgh Council’s common housing register, EdIndex. If you would like to apply for a house on Pipe Street, you should complete an EdIndex application form. We would be delighted to provide you with an EdIndex form, just phone us on 0131 317 7227. Alternatively you can contact the EdIndex Central Administration at the following address:

EdIndex/Choice Team
Business Centre 3
Waverly Court
4 East Market Street
EDINBURGH EH8 8BG

You can get additional information on how to apply to EdIndex on their website.

We do not participate in Choice Letting and therefore do not advertise our vacant properties. We contact applicants who have the greatest housing need when we have a vacancy.
