Vaucluse Place is located off Jackson Street near to the centre of Penicuik. The dental surgery and Post Office are just 100 yards from the development. Banks and a good range of shops, including a supermarket, are within 200 yards and there is a choice of pubs and restaurants within 400 yards. The library is less than half a mile away.
Completed in 1992, Vaucluse Place consists of two houses and 20 flats. All properties are double glazed and have electric heating. The flats are fitted with door entry systems.

Applying for a HouseIf you would like to apply for a house, please make your application direct to our Housing Services Department in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow offices. Additionally, please apply to the Housing Department of your local council, with whom we have a nomination agreement. Our turnover of tenancies is low so, regrettably, waiting lists do apply. Rent and Service ChargesRents and service charges are normally reviewed on an annual basis. Service charges cover various services such as landscaping and the replacement of equipment.
